    It might be time to really think about what you’ve typically done in the past and what you want for your future.

    There’s a famous quote that says - "Most people overestimate what they can do in a year and underestimate what they can do in ten years"


    After 20+ years of coaching people, I've developed my own version of this quote . . .

    "We overestimate what we can do in a month and vastly underestimate what we can do in a year."


    We live in a super fast world. Unfortunately that’s led to most of us being pretty impatient.
