Join June Hogan, an ICF accredited coach, outplacement specialist and experienced HR professional, to explore why redundancy matters. June is an experienced coach and has been running her own outplacement services consultancy since 2019 and is here to help HR professionals understand the redundancy process from a procedural and emotional perspective.
