Welcome to Redundancy Matters, a podcast dedicated to providing support, guidance and practical advice for compassionate HR professionals managing redundancies. Join June Hogan, an ICF accredited coach, outplacement specialist and experienced HR professional, to explore why redundancy matters. Listen to the show to get practical guidance on how to manage the redundancy process, hear from guests who’ve experienced redundancy and get ideas on how to support people with dignity and compassion. June is an experienced coach and has been running her own outplacement services consultancy since 2019 and is here to help HR professionals understand the redundancy process from a procedural and emotional perspective. Through sharing her own story and experience of redundancy on both sides of the table, as well as inviting guests to share theirs, she’ll be diving into the procedural aspects of redundancy and going deeper to explore the emotional impact.
