 Going deep into the ocean to see the beautiful reef, you see your life in beautiful versions. They were good and bad moments, you lost a lot of people. Throughout the last five years, you lost six people and you had to let some people go. Going through grief changes you, the life you had before will never be the same. You will cherish the moments you had, and miss them when they go. Some days will be harder than others. You will wish you could rewind time, rewind the moments. Time will never slow down, in the end, all we have left is the memories. Some memories will be bittersweet while others will be lessons learned. Everyone should be allowed to grieve at their own pace, there shouldn’t be a set time. You will learn to move forward, but you will always miss them. When they left, a piece of you went with them.
