On November 9, 2024 a mountain bike accident changed Callam’s life in an instant. Callam alongside co-host Gary Nickel revisit the rehabilitation therapies key to spinal cord injury recovery.

Rehabilitation and therapies became a full time job in the hospital. Schedules were made to give structure and direction for each day. For spinal cord injury this included personal care and therapies. In rehabilitation we need to recreate ourselves by learning and then practicing how to use our bodies and refocus our mindset. Whatever it is that has been lost, making any gains and getting back to what we love is all that really matters.
