My guest for today is Charlie Carrington from Atlas Dining.
Charlie started his career very early and opened his first restaurant at a tender age of 23.
Charlie had a vision of creating a restaurant of different cuisines from all over the world - Hence the name, Atlas Dining.
He has since expanded the brand to include a cooking channel and Atlas Masterclass which is a recipe box with fresh ingredients delivered straight to your door.
