 I'm less than two weeks away from having baby number two! So I thought it might be fun to take a walk down memory lane and talk about what it was like to give birth to my first child, my daughter Olivia. My former doula Rebecca McKinney joins me to talk all about the experience. We cover what a doula does, tips for having an unmedicated birth if that's something you're interested in and of course we go over what it was like giving birth to my daughter.
