Continuing our series on keeping Jesus as the priority in your life, this week Pastor Jeff Sparkman speaks on repentance. What do we do when we get off track in our relationship with God, and how do we get back?

Today we kick off our new series, Jesus First, which is based off one of our words for the year: returning to your first love! This Sunday, Pastor Jeff Sparkman speaks not only on putting God first in everything, but also the tremendous blessings that come from making Him the center of your life.

Reflecting on the end of our series through the Gospel of John, Pastor Ben Watts gives a powerful sermon over one of our themes for the year: return to your first love. Pastor Ben speaks on asking God for an outpouring of the same passion, joy, and dedication we once lived in when we first became believers, or when we had a specific encounter with God. But when life gets difficult, it becomes harder and harder to remember these moments. We need to return to our first love, the Creator of the universe!

This Sunday Pastor Jeff Sparkman finishes our series in the Gospel of John, where Jesus reappears to His disciples and restores Peter's calling, even after Peter had previously denied Him three times. This message has a lot of significance for us today, as many of us feel like God can't use us after our failure - but the good news is that God still loves us and restores us to wholeness.

This Sunday, Pastor Jeff Sparkman preaches on evidences for the resurrection of Jesus Christ. The death and resurrection of Jesus are the most important events in all the world; it changed everything! What proof do we have that Jesus rose from the dead? Is our faith grounded in reason and evidence or do we need to check our brains at the door? We can have great confidence that Jesus really did rise from the dead.

He led worship for many years at Christ for the Nations, has been a senior pastor, and now travels the nation encouraging churches. He has a special message for Resonate as we transition to two services, about walking in step with The Spirit, and resisting the urge to pull too far ahead, or fall too far behind.

Pastor Jeff Sparkman continues our series through the Gospel of John in John 19, on Nicodemus and Joseph of Arimathea's bravery to declare their support of Jesus as the Messiah. This message encourages us to remember that when we are in a spiritual battle, the devil does not want truth to be brought to the light. But God is using this to advance His Kingdom, the truth of the Gospel is being shared all over the world like never before, and people are boldly speaking out. This is the hour to be bold and share God’s truth openly!

He chose political expediency and what the crowd wanted over what was right. This Sunday, Pastor Jeff gives some Biblical keys to overcoming the fear of man and the need for approval.
