The Catechism Cataclysm Steve Little is a priest who is told to take some time off. He contacts his sisters high school boyfriend, Robert Longstreet to reconnect (who has zero idea who Steve is). The two go on a canoe trip. Sound bland? WRONG, MY DUDE! The dialog, the extremely soulful acting from Longstreet, the weird insanity that pops up in the last third. I love this movie. I now love the writer/director Todd Rohal as well (DON'T WORRY, MORE ROHAL WILL BE PEPPERED THROUGHOUT THE YEARS).
