Welcome back to the Robin Pod – your weekly dose of all things Hull Kingston Rovers! After a three-week break while Johno has been soaking up the sun on holiday, we’re back – and what a few weeks it’s been for the Robins.

Since we last spoke, Rovers have beaten the reigning Super League champions Wigan Warriors in a massive statement win, stumbled against Leeds Rhinos who are hot on the heels of second place, and then produced a classic under the Sewell Group Craven Park floodlights with victory over St Helens. Now, all eyes turn to the home derby against bitter rivals Hull FC.

And with the tantalising prospect of being crowned League Leaders if St Helens see off Wigan and KR get the job done, the stakes couldn’t be higher.

In this week’s Robin Pod, we’ll also be diving into some huge off-field news with both Jez Litten and Dean Hadley both signing contract extensions. And as always, we’ve got plenty more in store. Steve Till joins us for Robins Revisited, and we’ll be answering your questions in our popular Question Time segment. So sit back, tune in, and let’s get into it – The Robin Pod is back!

Welcome to this week’s Robin Pod Weekly – the podcast for every member of the Red Army!

We’re back with a packed episode as we look ahead to the Robins’ upcoming clash with Castleford Tigers, a fixture that could prove crucial in the race for the playoffs. There’s plenty to get through off the field too – we take a moment to heap some well-deserved praise on the brilliant off-field staff at Hull KR who keep the club ticking behind the scenes.

We also dig into the big talking points of the week: Tyrone May’s two-game suspension, and the exciting double signing news with Declan Murphy arriving from Salford and Cobie Wainhouse making the cross-city switch from Hull FC.

As always, we answer all your burning questions in Question Time.

But first – a quick heads-up: due to a technical issue, the first part of this week’s pod, including our review of the Salford game, didn’t record. So, we're kicking things off with Robins Revisited, where Steve Till takes us on another nostalgic trip down East Hull memory lane.

    Let’s get into it!
