    On this episode, the guys kick it off with their favorite pickups from the first half of 2025. They include a couple Golden Era cards, a rare card of a Prewar legend, and a way-back 19th Century beauty. Jonathan gives real-time updates, as he acquired his card just 30 minutes before the show!


    The guys then jump into the main topic - the state of eye appeal-driven collecting. The discussion includes takes on what eye appeal means, why some vintage collectors focus on it as a key element of how they collect, how the approach has gained momentum, other ways people collect & “collect scarcity”, and musings on inclusivity within the vintage community. They also discuss the concept of “own appeal.” The YouTube Live chat is highly-engaged, and lots of related themes are explored.
