    On the today's episode of Rucking Around, Ari is out for a ruck in beautiful South Carolina. He begins by talking about the challenges and rewards from his recent duathlon experience! He then details a bunch of rucking events he is involved with. He discusses the September 11th memorial ruck workout from F3, a 40th birthday Go Ruck Light event, a ruck hosted by "Rock Your Balls Off" to raise money for animal population control, a virtual ruck called "Rucktober" and a Spartan Dekka in November

    He also emphasizes the versatility and accessibility of rucking as a form of exercise!
