On his 26th Audio diary, Toliom said that after his shadow work meditations, he is finally learning how to let go of his past and not let his guilt consume him but he acknowledges that his past is still there and he knows that he has the lighter aspects and the darker aspects of himself and he doesn't have to feel trapped by his past anymore. Toliom also said that he is planning to do Shadow work every day until 3001.
