Stuart Cameron and special guests Shawn Muir (Former South captain) and Neil Hinnigan (Director of Rugby at Kelso RFC) look ahead to the Inter District Championship which kicks off on Friday 7th November with the holders South of Scotland taking on Edinburgh at Mansfield Park, Hawick and Caledonia Reds hosting Glasgow & The West at Bridgehaugh, Stirling.
We hear from the four captains - Angus Runciman (South), Euan McLaren (Edinburgh), Glenn Bryce (Caldonia Reds) and Blair Macpherson (Glasgow & The West) - and the head coaches - Sesh Henderson (South), Bob McKillop (Edinburgh), Andrew Henderson (Caledonia Reds) and Andy Hill (Glasgow & The West) who give us their thoughts on the first round of the competition, which is arguably the most competitive in years.
