À propos de cet audio

This episode introduces Tom Bowden from Insperity, an HR outsourcing company providing a multitude of services including that of a Personnel Employment Organization (PEO). We explored the distinctions and nuances of selling these types of HR services nationally vs the Tucson market specifically. We touch on lead generation with LinkedIn, the importance of personal one on one relationships and the role of referrals going forward. A wonderful, informative discussion for sure!

About Tom Bowden

I’m originally from Flint, Michigan. Right after college in 1988, I packed a ryder truck and moved to Phoenix.

I started working for the payroll giant ADP when they first started processing payroll in Arizona. We still had some data processing clients who input payroll via greenbar paper, fax, etc. before modems were even a thing. (remember the squeal of a modem dialing into AOL? So, I’ve been in the payroll//HR space for four decades.

I recently switched to Insperity after leaving ADP at the beginning of Covid. Insperity offers a broader array of services and has the best client retention in the Industry.

Paul Savardi is Insperity’s CEO; he’s our founder who began the company in 1986, starting the Professional Employment Organization (PEO) out of Houston Tx in a one room office.

Insperity is now a $4.8 Billion publicly traded corporation.
