In this episode, Adrienne gets to interview Daeshawn Gray. Daeshawn is a graduate of the University of Delaware. He obtained his degree in Human Services with a specific concentration in Human Development and Family Studies. He's a motivational speaker and self-enrichment coach, who believes in "realistic motivation". 

He's passionate about helping and informing and educating both millennials and Gen-Z on healthy interpersonal communication skills. He loves God, and has the privilege of sharing God's word across the east coast. 

During the interview, conversations about parenting, adoption, foster care, rejection, and abandonment are discussed. Take a listen on how Daeshawn has overcome some childhood traumas, and have used those experiences to encourage others. Let's continue to heal together!!!!

In this episode, Adrienne talks about some areas in her life where she thought she healed and has recently learned she's still healing. One of the most pivotal positions one can be in is realizing there are areas of our lives that still needs work, and that's okay. Don't be ashamed of the work that still needs to take place within you! Identify your weaknesses and allow God to strengthen those areas. Don't be afraid to talk about them. We are all human! Healing requires vulnerability!!! 

In this episode, we talk about how being a raised by my father was different for me. I think my father did an excellent job raising me as a single parent. There aren't many men who have taken on this role, but if you have...WE SALUTE YOU! It takes a special man to raise a daughter or daughters! Being raised by my father had it's pros and cons, but I'm grateful to have experienced the love of a Father! Gone but never forgotten!!! 

In this episode, we talk about the different variations of childhood traumas and how they can affect us. Adrienne discuss some of the things she experienced as a child, and tells us how she had to learn how to acknowledge it, forgive, and move forward. In order for healing to take place, we have to learn to talk about those difficult experiences. Let's continue to build and HEAL!!!!
