Sean tells us about how he had a stroke as a young man resulting from a martial arts accident. He was told that he was paralyzed and couldn't use any part of his body immediately after. Sean refused to be told he would live his life in this condition so he started putting in the work and setting goals. Sean overcame his struggles and created a nonprofit to provide counseling and funding for others that have experienced a stroke.
