The true Germany Government is an Exile hiding in Ukraine and building the German Liberation Army or GLA (Not that GLA). The Brotherhood of Nod lost a lot of Prestige. So much so that there is rumors that a member of the Inner Circle is going to rebel against Kane. While in the nonpolitical world scouts from all sides have discovered armies of Scrin are marching through the Scrin Towers. While in the sky Astronomers are detecting a new fleet of Scrin craft coming to the Earth. So, what is to be done but of course a party in Berlin?
