Next, I would love for you to envision a complete field of light covering your entire body a full 360 degrees. This orb of light that surrounds you extends about 3 feet in all directions. As you continue to breathe, this light maintains the frequency of unconditional love. You are attracting all of that which your sOul desires, with ease, and transmuting that which is intended for harm to shift into its neutral state. By the end of this meditation, yOu will have activated an update to yOur sOul star, increasing the ease at which you are able to operate out of a state of complete Self Love.
