It also involves introspection and examination of your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Self-Reflection can be done through journaling, meditation, therapy, or setting aside time for self assessment. During the process of self-reflection, a wide range of feelings and emotions can arise. It's important to approach this practice with and open and non-judgmental mindset. Emotions are natural and can provide valuable information/feedback about your needs, desires, and areas requiring attention.
