    Outgrowing your old self feels uncomfortable, but this messy middle is where true transformation happens.

    In this episode of Selfless to Self-YES, we talk about that in-between space where you’re no longer who you used to be, but you’re not fully who you’re becoming yet. It can feel confusing, heavy, and even lonely… but it’s also the sacred space where your authentic self begins to take root.
