Actor, Sera Cracroft joins me on Series 1 of my No Shame Here podcast, to share her painful story and in doing so to give hope to anyone struggling because of their childhood trauma.
Sadly, Sera's story is not uncommon, it is why I campaign and why I believe more needs to be done to ensure children are protected and survivors are better supported. Because no-one should live the life Sera was forced to live, because of child sexual abuse.
Sera talks openly about wanting to take her life, and is of course pleased that she was able to find a way to survive and be here to day, to share her heartbreaking journey.
