I sat down with Sergio Florian, a Doctor of Physical Therapy and endurance athlete. He has his own clinic on the island of Oahu called Wellness, Nuero and SCI where he and his team are dedicated to treating and training those suffering from neurological and spinal cord conditions.He is a three time finisher of the HURT 100, to include a second overall finish in 2022. He had held the FKT for circumnavigating the island of Oahu until losing the title in late 2023.
We talk training, shoe preferences, the rescue of Stevie the dog, and so much more. It was an honor to sit down with Sergio. I hope you guys enjoy the conversation as much as I did!
