Join me in sitting down with Tyrone Cassius in discussing what this means through his lens.
Tyrone Cassius has spent the last 12 years, since graduating with a degree in Sports Therapy, immersing himself in the health & fitness industry, gaining experience pitch-side, in clinical case management and consultancy.
His therapy work spans industries including football, theatre and private practice and he currently teaches at college and university level.
As one of the Directors of the Society of Sports Therapists, he is involved in the structuring and governance of the profession. He chairs the Equality, Diversity & Inclusion team and works to highlight and implement many solutions to cultural and structural issues.
Research includes the looking into the importance of cultural & structural humility within sport & exercise medicine and general healthcare.
