    Survival mode not only is working out of lack but while in it you also do so much harm to your body. When you are constantly in fight or flight (sometimes we don't even know it because we get so used to it) it is taxing both emotional and physically.

    Your whole life, from the time your are born until the time you die, you are searching for connection. In this episode I talk about recognizing and releasing survival mode and finding your true power...connection. Hope you enjoy this episode!
