The focus of this episode is on siblings of individuals with intellectual/developmental (IDD) disabilities.

    Pam and Mitzi are Human Resource professionals who share their lived experiences of having siblings with developmental/intellectual disabilities and how those experiences have shaped their personal and professional lives.
