I have no idea what Jessica says past 10 min in. I barely make it past “wiggle your eyebrows” and I am out. I don’t listen everyday but it works every time I am struggling to sleep.

I went for about a year, struggling to fall asleep and then being unable to sleep through the night. Turning off my brain seemed impossible. The sleep hypnosis episodes on Sleep Wave, and now Sleep Magic, have helped me return to a somewhat normal sleep routine. Thank you Jessica!

Sleep Magic is my favorite to listen
to, and it helps me fall asleep fast. I have had issues with falling asleep for so many months. I now fall asleep so much faster while listening to Jessica.
