The most common type of after death communication experience is "Sleep-State" ADC's. This is what they are called in the book we are reading, Hello From Heaven, by Bill and Judy Guggenheim. These days, this is also referred to as a "visitation dream". But it is more than a dream, it is a visit from a loved one, while you are fast asleep. Unlike a normal dream which doesn't usually make sense, it is vivid, clear and very realistic. It may even interrupt your dream, as if they 'break into your dream" and is remembered as if it really happened. The experience is undeniable to the person who has it as well as healing.
