There was a woman passed out in her car outside of Rosettis after having 3 glasses of wine
December 14th - Village of Monticello
A drunk man reported that he returned home to find his apartment door unlocked, and he had been robbed, and every last thing was gone: "They even took the carpeting." The officer found that he had gone into the wrong apartment, and had gone into one that the landlord was renovating
That woman who passed out after 3 glasses of wine must of been drinking from those novelty glasses that hold an entire bottle of wine. I want to party with her. That and more on this weeks Small Town Crime Wave!
