This week we have a Minotaur and no labyrinth! Bull Moon Rising is an adventure monster romance about Aspeth Honori, a noble lady who's home is threatened by her fathers mismanagement. She disguises herself and her maid as commoners and seeks to join the Royal Artifacutal Guild, an organization that traverses the dangerous ruins of an ancient magical civilization and plunder the remaining magical artifacts. Aspeth believes that she can use her knowledge of that civilization to find an artifact that will change her kingdoms fortune. However, women aren't allowed to join the guild without a chaperone.

Hawk, a Taurian Minotaur, has been covering for his drunken guild master for years now. He has one last shot at teaching a team of five students to pass the Artifactual Guild exam but he has a much more urgent issue, the Conquest Moon, a celestial event for all Taurians that sends them into rut and Hawk doesn't have a partner. Aspeth and Hawk discover that they just might be the answer to each others issues, a marriage of convenience gets Aspeth into the guild and Hawk a wife for his needs, but that's only the first step in solving either of their problems.

This week we review the Labyrinth inspired romantasy Until The World Falls Down by Jordan Lynde. Nell, who's desperation in her lowest moment calls across worlds to Enver, a mysterious being who oversees a magical Labyrinth. The reward for success is your deepest desire but the price for failure is eternal servitude in Envers Castle. What Nells wants most in her life is love and the handsom Enver claims to be drawn to Nell in a way he's never felt before; but is that the truth or him just manipulating her into volunteering to stay with him in his dark realm forever? We loved this gothic romance with its moral lessons and commentary about love in all its forms

We're returning to the Into Darkness world by Navessa Allen with her sequel to Lights Out, Caught Up. In this Mafia Romance, Junior tries to escape his father's underworld clutches while trying to get a second chance with his high school sweetheart Lauren. Their romance ended on the worst terms and now she works as a cam girl, Unbeknownst to her though, her top fan is none other than Junior.
