I've been in a rut lately... and unfortunately, I don't think I'm alone in that. Maybe it's the changing of seasons, or the events and anniversaries that pop up this time of year - regardless of whatever is causing this, I just know I need to reset, a refresh, a software update.

This week's episode is all about giving ourselves that change in perspective, that energy, that software update, if you will. Throughout the episode, I share some books that I've tuned to during difficult moments, as well as some habits and behaviors I try to incorporate into my daily life when trying to get into a better space mentally and emotionally.
