À propos de cet audio

Spiritual Conclusions is like sitting on the couch with a friend — when the surface stuff falls away and the real conversations start. Hosted by Monique, it’s not polished. It’s not perfect, but it’s honest. Expect discussions around healing, identity, self-love, shadow work, and much more.

No perfect answers. No expert hats. Just honest talk about what it means to grow, hurt, unlearn, and still believe in something deeper. So if you’re into late-night thoughts, unpacking emotions, or just hearing someone else name the things you’ve been quietly carrying.

New episodes drop weekly. So grab your tea, raw cone, or water… or just hit play while you’re cleaning the house. Welcome, you're home.

Hosted by Monique—an elder millennial, ex-minister, certified life coach, and energy-worker.

  • The Spiritual Conclusion Is: Stop Escaping, Start Aligning, Your Peace Is Non Negotiable
    Jun 30 2025

In this episode I’m sharing a realization I had while sitting on the beach during a recent family vacation. As beautiful as it was—sun, ocean, quality time—I found myself missing home. And not in a restless way, but in a grateful way. It hit me: I’ve been creating a life that already feels like peace. I don’t need to escape from it.

This episode is all about that—what it really means to build a life that’s spiritually aligned, emotionally fulfilling, and not something you need a vacation to recover from. I talk about the myth of rest only being available on holidays, how we confuse stillness with escape, and why doing the inner work isn’t optional if we want to feel whole every day.

I also invite you to reflect on your own life: Are you building something that nurtures you daily, or just surviving until your next break? Let’s talk about how to redefine peace, rest, and joy—so they’re part of your lifestyle, not just a destination.

If this episode spoke to your spirit, I’d be honored if you left a 5 star review on Apple Podcasts or Spotify; it helps me reach more people who need these kinds of conversations. THANK YOU!

  • It's Giving Patriarchal Privilege: Aging, Black Invisibility, & Enabling Abusers
    Jun 16 2025

In this episode we’re talking about aging, beauty, and the deeper truths that come with growing into yourself in a world obsessed with youth. I’m sharing reflections on my personal relationship with gray hair and how society, especially for women, frames aging as something to hide rather than honor.

We also dive into a tragedy and the controversy surrounding the use of the hashtag #SayHerName, when TikTok star, Briana Gaye was killed in 2023, unpacking the layers of accountability and visibility—especially when it comes to Black women’s lives and voices. The conversation expands into the entertainment industry, raising questions about protection, silence, and power in light of allegations against Trey Songz.

From community care to cultural critique, I highlight the importance of supporting Black-owned businesses, by sharing two Black women owned small businesses to support.

If this episode spoke to your spirit, I’d be honored if you left a 5 star review on Apple Podcasts or Spotify; it helps me reach more people who need these kinds of conversations. THANK YOU!

  • When Spirit Speaks Through Chaos: Healing Guilt, Anger, & Generational Wounds
    Jun 9 2025

*TRIGGER WARNING: Talk of abuse. Are you ignoring the signs spirit sends you? In this episode, I’m getting real about trauma, spiritual warnings, and what happens when we don’t deal with what’s bubbling underneath—like anger, guilt, or generational wounds. I share personal reflections of my own family dynamics, the ways spirit tried to get my attention (through both subtle nudges and hard breakdowns), and why shadow work has been a necessary part of my healing journey.

If you’ve been feeling spiritually stuck, emotionally heavy, or pulled to do deeper inner work—this one’s for you.

    ✨ Topics covered:
    • Anger and guilt as spiritual messengers
    • Numerology & divine patterns
    • The power of shadow work
    • Collective healing & ancestral reflection
    • Questions to help you move through what you’ve been avoiding

📝 Use these questions as journal prompts or self-inquiry tools to deepen your healing process after listening:
    • What emotions have I been avoiding or suppressing lately?
    • Have I been receiving signs or spiritual nudges—but ignoring them?
    • What family dynamics still trigger me, and why?
    • When I feel anger or guilt, what do I usually do? What would it look like to sit with those emotions instead?
    • What patterns or numbers have been showing up for me, and what might they be trying to say?
    • What part of me is asking to be seen, held, or healed right now?

If this episode spoke to your spirit, I’d be honored if you left a 5 star review on Apple Podcasts or Spotify; it helps me reach more people who need these kinds of conversations. THANK YOU!
