Seems like a job for the seasoned and professional Christian. There is a world view that says that children are to be seen and not heard and they are in training until they develop the skills needed to do hard things.
In 1 Timothy 4:12, the Bible says, “Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith and in purity. Here at Junto Tribe ministries we believe the youth of this great country are not only supposed to play an active role in discipleship, but in many environments should lead.
