Intentions lead the way. Before we set goals or achieve them, we must address our intentions. Most of us are not taught to practice intentionality, and we don’t understand the meaning. Setting intentions requires shifting your mindset to focus inward before you can figure out your goal. Although they are intertwined with manifestations, intentions are deeply connected to self.
