À propos de cet audio
In this episode of Beyond the Beach, I talk with Jestoni Garcia. Jestoni was a student in my Business Strategy class in Spring 2017 and graduated with a concentration in Marketing and now works as a regional learning manager at Amazon. Jestoni is also pursuing his career as a rapper and musician both here in the USA and in the Philippines.
Our conversation covers topics like how marketing to employees is as important as marketing to customers, the benefits of managing a unionized workplace, the Veterans Administration as a source of job leads, why being on the floor at Amazon was more satisfying than working in a more corporate environment, the importance of growth, staying consistent in whatever you do, being true to yourself, and pursuing your dreams.
