The PLL is expanding its schedule and increasing player compensation this year. We get into the details of the new schedule and the challenges that might come with it. NLL players, college coaches, and rookies could all have their availability impacted by the extra games and earlier start. We also talk through details of the increase in salary, and briefly hit on the free agent period that is under way.

We talk about how he found his way to lacrosse in Northern California, growing the sport in his community, and how that developed all the way into filming a documentary about a season in pursuit of a championship. It's a great conversation about the sport impacting lives for individuals and a community.

We're back! The 2025-26 Sticks In lacrosse year is underway, and we're catching up on what's happened since our last episode.

NLL season is nearly here. With training camps underway, we talk about the three teams I'm most excited to watch this spring, and how every club in the league has a reason for fans to tune in.

Then we get to the PLL news. We talk about the Philadelphia Waterdogs hiring Dave Cottle as the GM, the job of improving the roster, and some larger thoughts on the PLL's approach to hiring GMs and Coaches. Then, I give offer some light criticisms of the new PLL player movement calendar.

Finally, we talk Street Lacrosse. Another edition went down in Atlanta, so I take you through my favorite and least favorite things about the event and the idea of street lacrosse as a whole.
