On the show we discuss season two part A which is episodes 1-3; we talk slow build and if Star Wars fans have the patience for that and how subtext to many of the scenes are important, also the fun of Star Wars still there with quite silly characters and situations but also the very heavy political authoritarian tone and THAT scene which everyone is talking about. We are torn on the show where we thought visually it was stunning, the story also good and the events brilliant but would it have had more impact if we had built towards it? ... was one episode to bring us back after two years enough for us to fully re-invest and feel the loss like we should?
