 On this episode I share my personal experiences with suicide Ideation in honor of "Mental Health Awareness Month." My journey through the science of well-being have shaped my life in many ways and I believe sharing my story with help someone else be brave enough to share theirs. Suicide id the 12th leading cause of deaths in the US, there were 45,979 deaths by suicide in 2020, and there were 1.20m attempted suicides.
