Not many couples these days aim to get pregnant as soon as possible after marriage, but Matalin and Shane aren’t your average couple. When you have a copper IUD in place, you don’t expect to get a positive pregnancy test. But, at 16 weeks along, that’s just what happened for Mary and her husband!
