AJ Coleman has overcome a hearing impairment, job loss, and crippling anxiety. After losing his wife to brain cancer in 2009, he was left to raise their young daughter as a single father. He is the author of Keep It Moving, A Widower's 8 Step Guide to Surviving and Thriving at All Odds.
In this conversation, we talk about growing up with a hearing impairment, finding his way with a new sense of self in college, meeting his wife, and facing her cancer diagnosis and treatment shortly after their daughter was born. AJ brings warmth and wisdom to so many of life's challenges, with a strength of spirit to make it through anything and thrive.
