    Who are the T-issues hosts? Nadja Dee (she/her) and Airen D. (he/him), both actual trans folks with a long history of working with the LGBTQ+ community. On this pilot episode you'll get to meet your hosts, hear a little background (Nadja Dee spent 12 years working in the LA Film Industry (Local 600 cinematographers guild, editing and directing), Airen is an organizer, facilitator who's spent decades active in all-ages anti-racist and queer/trans liberatory movements) Oh, and Nadja Dee is also an artist who built the World's Largest Rubber Chicken (7 feet or 2.13 meters tall)

    They answer a question from a mother of a transfemme who's about the make the transition into the work force and wants to know how to best support her.
