Join us as WE come together to see the issues and the needs of today’s HEROES, our veterans and first responders. WE will discuss the solutions and see the organizations that are boots on the ground as WE combat the silent, invisible and deadly enemies our HEROES are facing. WE are a grassroots, nonpartisan, nonprofit acting in the Mission to honor, empower and support those who have served. WE are the shock and awe in combating the silent, invisible and deadly enemies of our daily heroes, the First Responders and Veterans. Our goals come on many levels and forms as WE are raising awareness to those who do not know, WE are providing resources to those in need and WE provide the opportunities to those who are still interested in serving and/or have not had or taken the chance to serve before. WE are the beacon of hope for many to change their world through recalibration and rehabilitation. Our goals are to get our HEROES back into their families and communities. Happy Heroes create happy communities.2025 Développement commercial et entrepreneuriat Entrepreneurship Gestion et leadership Sciences sociales Économie

This week we welcome Mike “Sully” Sullivan, representing Team RWB, a veterans’ service organization that will celebrate its 15th anniversary in just a few weeks. Team RWB is all about fostering physical fitness, healthy habits, and strong mental well-being for those who have served. At its heart, it’s a community of accountability and camaraderie, built to ensure veterans never face challenges alone. Sully will officially step into his new role as Executive Director of Team RWB during the Twin Cities Marathon weekend on October 5th. He shares how his own journey—alongside Mike Irwin, one of Team RWB’s founders—shaped his passion for helping veterans rebuild their support structures and rediscover connection through wellness, friendship, and purpose. Together, they continue to drive the mission: “Enrich Veterans’ Lives by forging the nation’s leading health and wellness community for Veterans.” Learn more and connect: teamrwb.org -- Mike Sullivan on LinkedIn Instagram: @sully_rwb And as always, our show featured amazing music brought to you by WeP3 Radio: 🎶 “Backroads and Bonfires” by Ryan Daniel – a campfire anthem full of stories and laughter. 🎶 “Irish Road” by Mikele Buck – a heartfelt track that reminds us we’re not alone on the journey. 🎶 “Slow Down” by Michael Allen – a gentle reminder to take a breath and appreciate life. #communityheroes #wegotyour6 #patriotpride

In this episode, we sit down with Chaz Kraynak, founder of FSB Initiative Inc. (Forward Support Base). After serving our country, Chaz suffered injuries that, combined with some tough choices, left him homeless. Out of that hardship came his mission: to honor, help, and serve others facing similar struggles. Today, FSB operates as an all-volunteer nonprofit—working around the clock to deliver real support to those in need. Learn more at fsbinc.org. Our musical guest is Kelly Daniels, a talented artist who chose music over military service the very day he was set to enlist. With deep family roots in military and first responder service, Kelly shares his gift as a way of giving back. He performed three powerful songs for us: “Faded Photographs” (featuring Brooks Herring) — inspired by his grandparents’ resilience and the sacrifices of families who send loved ones off to serve. “Kiss Me Goodbye” — a deeply personal reflection on love, loss, and the pain of silent goodbyes. “Drowning” — an honest look at life’s hardships and the healing power of music over destructive choices.

In this episode, we sit down with Josh Rainy and Danny Stokes of Freedom Ops, a new nonprofit driven by a powerful mission to honor the fallen and support healing. Josh shares the story of their recent event, The Courage Climb, where they ascended Cadillac Mountain in Maine 13 times—each climb dedicated to one of the 13 heroes lost during the Afghanistan pullout. His journey of healing led him to connect with Danny, who talks about their planning for the upcoming Abbey Gate Climb. You can follow their work on Facebook at Freedom Ops. Our featured music comes from Caleb Boles, a veteran who discovered his passion for songwriting after service. Caleb describes it as simply “making a song,” yet the depth and power in his music speak volumes. He shares three moving pieces—Fortunate Frown, Beauties of War, and The Volunteer—each carrying its own heartfelt message.
