We all begin the New Year with a fresh and revived spirit, and we mentally reset ourselves to focus on goals we want to accomplish during the year.  Now some common resolutions that we may set for ourselves may include losing weight, investing money, traveling, or just scratching something off of our bucket list.  The problem with most New Year's Resolutions is that after a couple of months into the New Year, those resolutions become an afterthought and they never come to fruition.  In the first episode to kick off season (2) two, Ezekiel and Duke of All Trades give insight on  some daily changes that you can make to help maintain your focus all year long, which can empower you to conquer your New Year's Resolutions.
