    There's a passage that states, "God is the Father of all comfort." This passage denotes that there's a need to be comforted. Comfort has been defined as "the easing or alleviation of a person's feeling of grief or distress." It seems pretty simple to accept the need to be comforted, but some struggle with this need because of the stigma of weakness and vulnerability.
