    May 14 2025

Following the Death of Dawit I, the Ethiopian throne passed to his sons and grandsons in a series of reigns that were short and uneventful except for the reign of his second son Yishaq I which was significant in the way his father's reign had been. This episode covers the reigns of Emperors Tewodros I, Yishaq I, Endreas, Tekle Mariam, Sarwe Iyesus, Amde Iyesus, and part one of the reign of Zera Yacob the Great.
