Hi everyone, happy December! I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving and got to take some time to rest. In this episode, I talk about all of the updates in my life and the tiredness I've been experiencing. In the winter months, I find it hard to keep the motivation up and not burn out, but I give some insights into how I have been trying to stay positive.
