The European Industry Summit on 20 February 2024 is where Europe's industry rallied to present European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen and Alexander De Croo with the Antwerp Declaration.
On the day, 72 industry leaders signed the Antwerp Declaration with a common call: we need an Industrial Deal to complement the EU Green Deal. We need a strong business case for Europe's industry to ensure quality jobs in Europe, safeguard our competitiveness, and swiftly continue towards our net-zero goals.
Since then, more than 900 industry leaders have joined the list of co-signatories.
