Is your mind constantly racing with a million to-do’s, but you still feel like you're getting nowhere? Do you struggle to put your phone down and truly unplug - without guilt?
Are you growing your business... or just running yourself into the ground trying?

If you nodded “yes” to any of these, The Balanced Businesswoman podcast was made just for you.

This is your permission slip to ditch the hustle culture and build a business that aligns with your purpose, supports your peace, and creates real impact - without burning out. It’s time to redefine success on your terms, with scalable support, space to breathe, and more time for yourself and the people you love. You don’t have to choose between fulfillment and freedom … you get to have both.

Hi, I’m Lesa Frye - wife, mom, grandma, and business owner for over 30 years. I built a successful real estate business initially by doing what I thought was required: being available around the clock, constantly pushing, and putting myself last. From the outside, everything looked great. But inside? I was exhausted, overwhelmed, and quietly losing connection with myself and the life I truly wanted.

So, I made a change.

I rebuilt my business (and my life) around peace, purpose, and aligned priorities. I learned how to lead with intention, scale without sacrificing myself, and finally create space for the people and moments that matter most.

Now, I help other high-achieving women do the same.

If you’re ready to step off the burnout path and build a business that supports your energy, values, and vision for a joyful life, you’re in the right place.

So take a deep breath, close those 12 browser tabs, and drop the hustle.
It’s time to become The Balanced Businesswoman.

    Jan 21 2026

Are you constantly busy in real estate… but still feeling behind, overwhelmed, and overbooked?

If your calendar is full, your phone never stops, and your business feels like it’s consuming your life, this conversation will help you identify what’s actually driving the stress - and what to shift so your success feels more peaceful, sustainable, and aligned.

Inside, you’ll learn how to stop managing time like an employee… and start leading your business like the CEO you truly are.

    In This Episode, You’ll Learn:

  • 18 | Why Women in Real Estate Burnout: The Mindset Shift No One Talks About
    Jan 7 2026

Burnout is one of the biggest struggles for women in real estate, and it’s not caused by long hours or poor time management.

In this episode of The Balanced Businesswoman Podcast, Lesa Frye explores the real reason women in real estate burn out, and the mindset shift that creates sustainable success without sacrificing peace, health, or personal life.

This conversation is for Realtors, lenders, transaction coordinators, notary signing agents, stagers, title reps, and any woman involved in the real estate transaction who feels successful on paper but exhausted in real life.

🔍 In This Episode, You’ll Learn:
    • Why burnout for women in real estate isn’t a productivity or time-management issue
    • The hidden mindset patterns driving exhaustion across real estate roles
    • How self-abandonment shows up in real estate careers - even when business is “going well”
    • The mindset shift that helps women in real estate build sustainable success
    • Why the business model or role that once worked may no longer fit your current season
    • What Success Without Sacrifice™ looks like for women in real estate today
    💡 Key Takeaway:

Burnout in real estate isn’t failure - it’s feedback. It’s a sign that the way you’re working no longer aligns with who you are now.

Success in real estate should support your life - not consume it.

    📝 Reflection Question:

What would change in your real estate career if your peace mattered as much as your productivity?
