Her work is rooted in equity, diversity and inclusion. She is particularly interested in mental health advocacy and intersectional wellness—exploring how identity (race, culture, diaspora etc.) intersects with mental health and wellbeing. Jessie uses narrative, education, creativity, and community building in her approach. She writes, speaks and creates content that connects communities to mental wellbeing, often in culturally resonant ways.
The Punjabi Beats Collection (PBC) celebrates culture, arts, music, and community identity, especially Punjabi identity and diaspora experience bringing together tradition and new/innovative creative expressions.
