  • The Early Church - God's Provision - Acts 2, 4, 5
    Mar 6 2026
There are seasons when just keeping everyone fed and functioning feels like a full‑time job, and the smallest act of kindness can feel like a lifeline. I still remember a night when I was exhausted, overwhelmed, and barely holding things together—and a friend simply said, “Don’t bring anything. Just come.” That moment reminded me how deeply God cares for us through the people around us, and how we’re meant to carry one another when someone is running on empty.

  • Feeding the Crowds - God's Provision - Mark 6, 8
    Mar 5 2026
Meals can sometimes feel like a small act of faith—staring at what looks like barely enough and hoping it somehow stretches further than logic says it should. I’ve had those moments of inviting someone in, heart full but pantry questionable, only to watch God turn simple ingredients into more-than-enough through the joy of shared company. Jesus feeding the crowds reminds me that God doesn’t just meet needs; He multiplies them, often right when we’re convinced we’re running short.

  • Elijah - God's Provision - 1 Kings 17
    Mar 4 2026
Sometimes God shows up in the places we least expect—right in the middle of the moments that felt wrong, inconvenient, or confusing at the time. I’ve lived through seasons where my gut said, “This can’t be it,” only to look back and realize God was quietly positioning everything for my good. Elijah’s story reminds me that God often works through the unlikely and the overlooked, meeting us in our hidden places with provision we never saw coming.

  • Manna - God's Provision - Exodus 16
    Mar 3 2026
There are days I feel like half my life is spent negotiating with picky eaters, adjusting meals on the fly, and trying to keep everyone fed without turning into a short‑order cook. It’s funny how quickly “What’s for dinner?” can turn into grumbling—yet I can’t help but see myself in the Israelites, forgetting God’s goodness the moment things feel uncertain. Their story of manna reminds me that even when we’re running low—on patience, energy, or faith—God meets us with exactly what we need for today.

  • Hagar - God's Provision - Genesis 16, 21
    Mar 2 2026
Sometimes faith feels straightforward in theory—trust God, follow Him, and expect His goodness to show up—but real life has a way of shaking that simplicity. When the world feels heavy and the brokenness around us becomes personal, it can leave us wondering how to keep believing that God sees us and still works for our good. In those moments, I find myself looking back at the stories where God met people in their deepest need, reminding me that His provision has never depended on perfect circumstances.

  • Paul - Repentance - Acts 9, 26
    Feb 27 2026
We’ve all seen those moments when someone’s life takes a turn so dramatic you can’t help but stop and stare—whether it’s a friend choosing sobriety, learning healthier patterns, or finally stepping into the person God created them to be. That kind of transformation is powerful, and Paul’s story might be the most striking example of it in Scripture. As we look at his journey from persecutor to preacher, we’re reminded that repentance isn’t instant perfection—it’s a process that reshapes us, redirects us, and ripples out to everyone around us.

  • Jesus - Repentance - John 8, Luke 19
    Feb 26 2026
It’s one thing to talk about repentance when you know what it feels like to mess up—but how do you call people to turn back to God when you’ve never taken a wrong step yourself? Jesus is the only one who could do that without a hint of hypocrisy, and yet He approaches people with compassion instead of condemnation. As we look at His encounters with the woman caught in sin and with Zacchaeus, we see a Savior whose kindness leads to real change and whose presence invites us into a life transformed.

  • John the Baptist - Repentance - Luke 3, Acts 19
    Feb 25 2026
Some people in our lives are great at giving us a heads‑up—those friends who tell you the truth straight, even when it’s uncomfortable, because they want what’s best for you. That’s a bit what John the Baptist was like: a bold voice calling people back to God, not to shame them but to prepare them for something better. As we look at his message of repentance, we’re reminded that turning back to God is an invitation into the life we were always meant to live.
