  • Buying Greenland? Global Protests, and the "TikTok Divorce"
    Jan 13 2026

Protests are breaking out in Iran revolution is unfolding, and Toronto just had Canada’s first major protest, because chaos clearly went global this week. Trump says he’s coming for Greenland the easy way or the hard way, which somehow became real news, not satire. Pop culture added fuel to the fire with a KKKG sequel absolutely nobody asked for and a once-viral TikTok couple announcing a surprise divorce (RIP couple goals). Brandon Jennings claims international players are better than American NBA stars, Trae Young gets shipped to the Wizards, and the NFL fires multiple big-name head coaches on black Monday. Politics, protests, drama, sports beef, and internet nonsense…if it broke the internet this week, it’s in this episode. 🎙️🔥👉 Watch full podcasts on / @thebiringpodcast 📸 Follow us on Instagram: / thebiringpodcast 🎬 Find us on TikTok: / thebiringpodcast 🎧 Follow us on Spotify: https://open.spotify.com/show/0G8jFIy...New Episodes Every MONDAY!Hit that follow & catch the next drop!Real convos. • Maduro Captured!? | Drake RICO Case? | MrBeast Speaks Out & NFL MVP Debate | Ep. 59
    Jan 5 2026

We kick things off by recapping how we spent New Year’s Eve and reacting to the Stranger Things finale. We also take a serious moment to discuss the tragic fire in Switzerland that claimed multiple lives and why it’s another reminder that not everything needs to be recorded for content.

We then break down the overnight capture of President Nicolás Maduro and his wife in Venezuela, why it happened, the immediate fallout, and how it could impact global geopolitics moving forward. From there, we get into Drake allegedly being connected to a RICO case involving Adin Ross and Stake.us, plus TraxNYC going viral after a wild New Year’s Eve fight in New York’s Diamond District.

We also talk about YouTuber Nate Shirley going viral for exposing Minnesota daycares allegedly operating under false pretences and how the federal government responded by cutting off state funding. Grok had a recent controversy in which the A.I. model began making very explicit images. MrBeast’s latest interview caught our attention as he opened up about the real struggle of creating content online which is something we found extremely relatable. And of course, we couldn’t ignore IShowSpeed “beating” a cheetah in a race… even if it looked pretty fake.

On the sports side, we discuss why this may be Josh Allen and the Buffalo Bills’ best and possibly only real chance to finally win a Super Bowl. We also debate the NFL MVP race and who deserves it more between Drake Maye and Matthew Stafford. Rich Paul’s comments on Ben Simmons spark a conversation about whether his career may have ended abruptly, and we touch on Auston Matthews breaking the Maple Leafs franchise goal record with 421 goals and where he ranks all-time in team history.

We wrap things up with our questions segment, featuring a blind ranking of things we’d do for a million dollars and some deep “Would You Rather” questions involving memories, privacy, and freedom of speech.

  • Nicki Minaj Interview Controversy | 2025 Year In Review | Avatar/Stranger Things | Canadian Healthcare Crisis | Ep. 58
    Dec 29 2025

We’re closing out the year the only way we know how, with unfiltered conversation, big debates, and a look ahead at what’s next. In our final podcast episode of the year, we break down the controversy surrounding Nicki Minaj’s interview with Erika Kirk on Turning Point USA, the reactions it sparked.

We also hit pause to reflect on 2025, revisiting the major moments that defined our year with the wins, the lessons, and everything in between. From there, we shift our focus forward with New Year’s resolutions and personal goals as we head into 2026, setting the tone for what’s coming next for the podcast and beyond.

Elsewhere in pop culture, we talk about Leonardo DiCaprio’s stepmother going viral after he mentioned in an interview that she is Sikh, sparking online conversation around faith, visibility, and representation. On a more serious note, we examine a tragic accident at a hospital in Alberta and use it as a lens to discuss the current state of the Canadian healthcare system by asking whether it can realistically be fixed or if chronic understaffing and burnout have pushed it to a breaking point.

On the sports side, we dive into the only team that has beaten OKC three different times this season and whether they can handle the San Antonio Spurs. The Spurs beat them on Christmas…a day that once belonged solely to the NBA but is now clearly being dominated by the NFL. We wrap things up with some 2025 year-end trivia to send you into the new year on a lighter note.

Thanks for rocking with us all year. We’ll see you in the next one.
